HOW TO SET UP ADVERTISING ON INSTAGRAM?

Instagram today has become a popular platform for the sale of goods and services. The platform has retained its peculiarity, here the main focus is still on visual content, but more users actively read the information under the photo, discuss and share the material with others. Before setting up advertising on Instagram, let’s highlight a few features of this site.

Before setting up advertising on Instagram, make sure that your account is commercial. To do this, go to your account settings. If there is a “Switch to personal account” function in the settings, then everything is fine, you are in a business account. If you see the function “Switch to company profile” – switch.

Instagram advertising: setup via application

Step 1. Select the publication that will be promoted and click on the “Promote” button.

Step 2. Choose the purpose of advertising: more profile visits, more traffic to the site or more stock views.

The local audience (by geography) is the audience in a certain geolocation. If you work for a specific city or district of the city, this way is for you.

Manually adjusting the audience is, in our opinion, the best way to customize advertising. You yourself set the age, gender, geography and interests of your audience. This setting allows you to get as accurate as possible to your customers and not to be sprayed onto the rest. By the way, all the audiences you set up are saved. So you can make almost individual offers to users.

Step 4. Choose a budget and duration. Everything is simple here. You limit the daily budget for advertising and choose how many days it will last. And the program shows how many people will see your ad for all specified settings.

Step 5. Checking the settings. You see everything that you have done in a single window, and if you are satisfied with it, send your ad for moderation.

After some time, you will receive a notification that your advertisement has been approved. So, Instagram mechanisms started broadcasting it to your audience.

When the action ends, you can see its results here. Instagram will tell you in detail what your advertising results achieved with numbers, percents and amount of money.
